Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FlyRada website and services. By creating an account or booking a flight through FlyRada, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
FLY RADA LTD (“FlyRada”, “we”, “us”) is an online travel platform — a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales (company number 17287358, registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; representative office: C/ de Ponzano, 46, Chamberí, 28010 Madrid, Spain; email info@flyrada.com). FlyRada enables you to search, compare, and book flights operated by third-party airlines and acts as an intermediary between you and the airline: the contract of carriage is always concluded between you and the operating carrier.
2. Your account
To complete a booking you must create an account and verify your email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- Passenger names must match the travel document exactly.
- We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraud or abuse.
3. Bookings and ticketing
A booking is confirmed only after payment is authorised and the airline issues the ticket. Until then, fares and availability may change without notice. Your e-ticket and booking reference (PNR) are sent to your email and phone after issuance.
Fare rules — including baggage allowance, seat selection, changes, and cancellation conditions — depend on the fare class you select (Basic, Standard, or Premium) and are shown before payment.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include the base airline fare and FlyRada's service fee, and are shown in the currency you select (USD, EUR, AED, SAR, QAR, or KWD). The total amount is always recalculated on our servers before charging your card; the final price is the one displayed at the payment step.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach FlyRada's servers. 3D Secure verification may be required by your bank.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules of your ticket and the airline's policy. Flexible cancellation is included in the Premium fare. For details on refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Travel documents and requirements
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents: passport, visas, health certificates, and any other documents required by the countries of departure, transit, and destination. Many destinations require a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
7. FlyRada Points
Our loyalty program awards 3–5% of the ticket price in points (1 point = $0.01). Points can cover up to 30% of a future order. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire 24 months after they are earned.
8. Liability
FlyRada is not the operating carrier and is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or denied boarding — these are governed by the airline's conditions of carriage and applicable law (including UK Regulation 261/2004, as retained in UK law, or EU Regulation 261/2004, where either applies). Our liability for the booking service itself is limited to the amount of the service fee paid.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR); details of any applicable ADR scheme are available from our support team.
